Put the flour, yeast, salt and water in a large bowl and mix everything well until obtaining a dough.

Leave in the form of a ball in the bowl, covered with a cloth, for 2 hours.
Preheat the oven to 428ºF.

Cut the walnuts and add them to the dough while kneading so that they are spread through the bread.

Place the dough in a rectangular mold lined with parchment paper, and add the seeds on top.

Bake for 20 minutes at 428ºF. After this time, lower the temperature to 356ºF and bake for 30 minutes more.

Remove from the oven and leave to cool.
