Burgers are a very versatile fast food that can be healthy and tasty without having to resort to complicated ingredients and techniques. Today we present our recipe for the best veggie burger. In this special burger, the protein intake is found in legumes, chickpeas or beans or other derivatives such as tofu, tempeh and textured soy. To provide a flavor similar to commercial burgers we will use soy sauce (shoyu or tamari). You will need very little quantity since when you brown the mass of our vegan burger you will notice a much more appetizing aroma.

We will mix all the ingredients in a bowl. We will add water and mix again.
2
Cover the dough and let rest 30 minutes.
3
We return to remove the preparation to form hamburgers with a medium size (as with 2 tablespoons of dough).
4
We press the mixture with our hands or a mold and we put them through the griddle with a little extra virgin olive oil, leaving them to cook for 4 minutes.
5
The last step is to put the burger inside the bread. Put the bread slices on a medium-hot grill and cook covered until grill marks form.
6
We can add cheddar cheese and some vegetables such as spinach or cherry tomato. Enjoy!
