We will mix in a bowl the banana with the rest of ingredients except chocolate: oatmeal, yeast, oil, egg, milk, vanilla extract.

We chop the chocolate as "nuggets" and incorporate the mixture. We can also add a handful of nuts, whole oat flakes or fruits like raisins or blueberries.

Once we have the dough ready, and to give more consistency, we will cover the bowl with cling film and leave in the fridge for about 2 hours.

We will take out the fridge and mold the cookies as balls.

Place the balls on the preheated 356ºF oven tray and cook them for 15-20 minutes, checking that they do not brown too much.
