Wash and drain the green beans, remove the ends, and cut them in half.

Clean the mushrooms (with a paper towel, don´t wash them as mushrooms absorb flavors, and we don´t want soapy water flavor, right?). Cut the mushrooms and Crimini into ¼ inch slices, and slice Portobella mushrooms into a similar size to the white button and Crimini mushrooms. Set aside.

Boil the green beans in water with a pinch of salt for 5 minutes or until tender (don´t overcook).

Heat a pan with a 1 1/2 Tbsp. Goya Extra Virgin Olive Oil. Add mushrooms and salt—Cook for about 1 minute.

Add the green beans and sauté everything together for 2 to 3 minutes until all ingredients are integrated.

Before serving, add sesame seeds and serve.
