Prepare the dough. Mix the milk, yeast and sugar in a blender. Cover and leave to rest for 5 minutes.
2
Add the eggs, oil, salt and flour. Once the mixture is ready, mix by hand on a lightly floured surface.
3
Leave the dough to rest for two hours, so that it rises.
4
After this time, prepare the covering. Melt half the butter in a bowl, and in another bowl mix the sugar and cinnamon.
5
Shape the dough into small balls. Next, coat them with the melted butter, then with the cinnamon and sugar mixture to cover them. Once all the balls have been placed in the greased oven mold, cover the dough with the rest of the covering cream made from the butter, brown sugar and vanilla.
6
Bake for 35-45 minutes at 356ºF or until they are golden on top. Leave to cool and remove from the mold, decorating with fruits of the forest.
7
Now prepare the glaze and pour it over the monkey bread. To serve, cut the bread into slices or allow everyone to tear off a sticky piece.
