In a bain-marie, put the sugar, honey and oil.

Once everything has melted, using a whisk blender, add the slightly beaten eggs and yeast.

Beat the mixture for 5 minutes, remove from the heat and add the flour to complete the cake mixture.

Leave the mixture to cool and refrigerate for one hour.

Make a 20-22cm diameter circle on a sheet of baking parchment.

Using a knife, spread over just under 1 tablespoon of the mixture. Make 6 circles.

Preheat the oven for 20 minutes. Next, bake each of the circles at 338ºF for 10 minutes. Leave to cool and remove the paper.

Prepare the filling, mixing the sour cream with the sugar.
Once the cream is ready, assemble the cake. On each layer, spread a tablespoon of cream and place another layer of cake. Cover the cake with the remaining cream and sprinkle with ground walnuts on the top and sides.
