The first step for making our sandwich filling is to slice the beef into strips to sauté with the onions and peppers.

Heat the oil in a pan to fry the onion first.

When it turns transparent, add the peppers and fry on a medium heat for 8 minutes.

Then add the beef, frying it for 10 minutes. Season with salt and pepper.

Once the meat is cooked, add the cheese so that it melts.
