Today we are cooking a vegetable dish, the classic green bean casserole. Made with cream of mushrooms, green beans, cheese and crispy fried onion, it’s a dish which is quick to make, providing the whole family with energy.

Preheat the oven to 356ºF.

Drain the green beans. Sauté for two minutes in a pan with two tablespoons of organics extra virgin olive oil.

Next, add the cream of mushrooms, milk, pepper, soy sauce, Worcestershire sauce, spicy sauce, the cheddar cheese and 1 cup of crispy fried onions.

Pour the mixture into an oven dish and bake for 25-30 minutes.

After this time, cover the preparation with the remaining crispy fried onions and bake for 5 minutes more.

Finally, remove from the oven. Our green bean casserole is ready to serve.
