In a bowl, mix the meat with the breadcrumbs. Mix well and add the other ingredients.

Mix with your hands until all the ingredients are fully integrated.

Divide and shape into six round portions and then flatten with your hands into a circular shape.

Heat the oil and cook the patties on a medium heat on both sides until they are no longer pink. Lower the cooking temperature and cook for a few minutes.

Mix the gravy with the tomato sauce and Worcestershire sauce. Pour into the pan with the meat, along with the sliced mushrooms and boil until the sauce is hot and thickened.

Decorate with chopped parsley.
