Today we’re going to bake oat and sesame seed cookies. Oats are a cereal rich in B vitamins, vitamin E and minerals such as magnesium, zinc, calcium and iron. Our cookies are therefore very healthy and will give children extra energy. Their preparation will not take long, so in just over 20 minutes you will have a healthy and delicious afternoon snack for your children.

Preheat the oven to 392ºC.
In a bowl, mix the dry ingredients.

Beat the egg with the whole can sugar; add the oil and the syrup and continue mixing.

Next, pour in the dry ingredient mixture and combine into dough.
Chill the dough in the refrigerator for 10 minutes.

After this time, shape the cookies using two tablespoons, and flatten slightly, cooking them on an oven tray. Decorate with a pinch of salt and some sesame seeds and/or dark chocolate chips.

Bake the cookies for 10 minutes, remove from the oven and leave to cool.
