Start by filleting the chicken breasts, but be sure not to slice them too thin. Next, cut your fillets into portions. Season in a bowl.
2
Now it's time to prepare the marinade. To do that, put all the ingredients into a recipient with a lid: the dried or fresh rosemary (chopped), the cloves of garlic (well minced), the honey, the lemon or lime juice, the mustard, and the extra virgin olive oil. Close the recipient and shake well to mix all the ingredients.
3
Next, pour the mixture onto the strips of chicken and cover with cling wrap. Let the chicken marinate for about 10 minutes.
4
Once that time has passed, put the portions of meat onto the skewers.
5
Cook on the grill for approximately 4-5 minutes on each side until the chicken is well cooked but still juicy.
6
Decorate with slices of lemon and chopped parsley.
